I enjoyed this book. The novel takes place during King Henry the VIII’s reign and it is the story of a nun forced to find a powerful crown, a relic, which could change the future of the realm. This is a Tudor mystery/thriller of a story that I found it hard to put down. The characters were engaging and I found seeing the politics of the time through the eyes of someone not involved with the King’s court refreshing. A good read that I would recommend to a historical fiction connoisseur.
